For tradespeople

Skilled work deserves better than word of mouth.

If you're a licensed or experienced tradesperson, Paayos ToolBox brings you jobs in your trade, in your area, already scoped and already funded. You quote. You get paid when the customer confirms the work.

Why work through us

Built around how trades actually work.

You set the price

Nothing is fixed-rate. You see the scope, the photos, and the access conditions, then you quote what the job is actually worth. No platform-imposed hourly rate.

The job is funded before you start

The customer pays into escrow when they accept your quote. You're not starting work on a promise, and you're not chasing an invoice afterwards.

Only jobs in your trade and area

You see electrical jobs if you're an electrician, in the service areas you cover. No scrolling past cleaning gigs and errand runs to find real work.

Vetting works in your favour

Being ID-verified and licence-checked is a credential the customer can see. It puts you above the guy with no verification and a cheaper number.

The job flow

From posting to payout.

  1. A customer posts a job with a full scope and photos
  2. You get it if it matches your trade and service area
  3. You submit a quote — your number, your terms
  4. Customer picks you and pays into escrow
  5. You chat to confirm details, then do the work
  6. You mark it complete; the customer confirms
  7. Escrow releases your payment, less the 15% platform fee

What you'll need

Getting approved.

Every application is reviewed by a person on our team before you can take jobs. It takes a bit of effort up front — that's the point. It's what makes the badge worth having.

A government-issued IDPhotographed and uploaded during profile setup. This is verified before you can be matched to any job.
A trade licence or certification, where requiredFor electrical and plumbing work, Philippine law requires proper licensing — so we check it manually. For carpentry, masonry, and aircon work, a certification helps but isn't mandatory.
Photos of your past workYour portfolio is what customers judge you on before you have reviews. Bring photos of jobs you've finished.
Your service areas and rate rangesWhere you're willing to travel, and roughly what you charge, so we only send you jobs worth your time.

For renovation-scale work — bathroom and kitchen renos, room additions, anything multi-day and multi-trade — we may also ask for a short video introduction or a site assessment before approving you for that category. Bigger jobs, bigger risk to the customer, so a higher bar.

Getting paid

Clear terms, no surprises.

The customer funds the job into escrow when they accept your quote. When you mark the work complete and they confirm it, the payment releases to you — minus the platform commission, and nothing else.

Platform commission
15%
Taken from the job amount when payment is released. No listing fees, no charge to submit a quote, no monthly subscription.
Payment methods
Customers pay by GCash, Maya, or debit/credit card. Your earnings and payout history are tracked in the worker app.
Your status
You work as an independent contractor, not an employee. You choose which jobs to quote on and set your own prices.
